01

Booking & Payments

How do I book a plot in Phase 2?
Choose your plot size (3, 5, or 10 Marla residential, or 2 / 4 Marla commercial), pay the booking amount — from PKR 200,000 for a 3 Marla residential plot — along with the processing fee, and submit a copy of your CNIC with passport-size photographs at our head office: 1 Main Boulevard, Park Lane City Phase 1, Jaranwala Road, Lahore. You can also start the process by phone at 034 111 63 333 or on WhatsApp.
How does the 5-year installment plan work?
The plan consists of a booking payment, a balloting payment, 60 monthly installments, 10 half-yearly payments, and a payment after 3 years. For example, a 3 Marla residential plot totals PKR 1,650,000: PKR 200,000 on booking, PKR 250,000 at balloting, PKR 9,500 monthly, PKR 50,000 half-yearly, and PKR 130,000 after 3 years. Full tables for every plot size are on the Payment Plans section.
Is there a processing fee?
Yes — PKR 15,000 per residential plot and PKR 20,000 per commercial plot, payable once at booking.
Can I pay in lump sum instead of installments?
Yes. Full and partial upfront payments are accepted, and our sales team can guide you on any applicable benefits for lump-sum buyers. Visit the head office or call 034 111 63 333 for current terms.
02

Charges & What's Included

Are development charges included in the plot price?
No — development charges are not included in the listed plot prices and are payable separately. The exact schedule is shared at the time of booking; please confirm the current rates with our sales office before finalising your purchase.
What utilities and amenities will my plot have?
The society is planned with underground electricity, piped gas, clean water supply, fiber-to-home internet, engineered sewerage, gated security with CCTV, parks, a sports complex, a school, a hospital, mosques, and commercial zones. See the full list under Amenities.
03

Approvals & Legal Status

Is Park Lane City an approved society?
Yes. The project holds an official government sanction — letter No. CO-DC-SKP/32, dated 19-01-2026 — along with an EPA Punjab No Objection Certificate and Services Design NOCs. All documents are published for independent verification on our Approvals page.
How can I verify the ownership and title of the land?
We encourage every buyer to conduct due diligence. Review the sanction and NOC documents on our Approvals page, and visit the on-site Arazi Muawin / NADRA e-Sahulat government portal facility. Our team will assist with any record you wish to verify independently.
04

Development & Possession

When will I get possession of my plot?
Possession is handed over on completion of development in your block and clearance of your payment schedule, including development charges. Phase 1 is fully developed and delivered; Phase 2 development timelines are announced block by block — follow real progress with photos on our Development Updates page.
When does balloting take place?
Balloting dates for Phase 2 are announced to all registered members in advance via SMS, phone, and our official social channels. The balloting payment becomes due at that stage as per your payment plan.
Can I start construction right away?
Construction can begin once you have possession and an approved building plan in line with the society's building and zoning bye-laws. Our office guides members through the plan approval process.
05

Transfer, Resale & Overseas Buyers

How do I transfer or resell my plot?
Transfers are processed at the head office in the presence of both parties (or their authorised attorneys) with original CNICs, the member file, and clearance of dues. The current transfer fee schedule is available from the transfer office — call 0300 9493 416 before your visit so we can prepare your file.
I live abroad. Can I book and manage a plot from overseas?
Yes. Overseas Pakistanis can book with a copy of their NICOP/POC, make payments through banking channels, and appoint a family member through a duly attested power of attorney for local formalities. Our team handles overseas files over WhatsApp and email, and the Client Portal lets you track your account online.
Is my investment refundable if I cancel?
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the society's membership policy stated on your booking form. Please contact the accounts office with your file number for the terms applicable to your booking.
